Making Windows XP, Vista, 7 or 8 USB Installation with Software

Making Windows XP, Vista, 7 or 8 USB Installation with Software:

There are few numbers of software available out there to create Windows bootable USB key to do a Windows installation. However, some seem to be better at doing that than the others. Not only that some are simple to use and fast but without much requirements to carry out the job. The obvious difference is how much effective the USB Windows installation created can function on a system. One can use some of these software to make installation USB but to be faced with missing file at the point of installation, requiring one to go back and follow the previous steps of creating a bootable USB. The repeat could be time wasting and discouraging to the whole process of  the installation.

In the course of using any software in making Windows installation USB key there are two packages which I found to be effective in doing that. Needless not to chose between them or  which is better among them, I would like anybody to make a choice based on the capacity  and freewill to choose.

Before beginning with the process the following requirements are must-needed:

(a). A 4GB or more USB size capacity.
(b). Internet connection to download the package to create or make bootable device.
(c). A working system that can boot from USB or removable devices.
(d). Windows ISO image file.

1. WINDOWS 7 USB/DVD DOWNLOAD TOO.

This one is what I use mostly due to it ad-free interface and quick installation. It  does not interfere with any  other software in the system nor take much of the time. It is ISO compatible.  the requirements are simple and easy to follow. Meanwhile, I wonder why it is called Windows 7 USB/DVD download too. Which  really doesn't fit into what it does.

To us Windows 7 USB/DVD download too following the steps below:

Step 1: Download the tool from the official website at Windows 7 USB/DVD download too.

Step 2: Run as the administrator, that is by right-clicking on it and select 'Run as Administrator' and follow onscreen instruction to finish the installation.

Step 3: Double-click on the icon or look in your programs for the file with the name Windows 7 USB/DVD download too and select it.

Step 4: Simply download ISO file from Windows official website. For Windows 8 , Windows 7,  and other possible good link  .

Step 5:  Follow the onscreen instruction to finish the process.

Step 6: Run the program from the launch icon on the desktop or select it from the system 'Programs'.

Step 7: Select the ISO source downloaded from the links aforementioned.

Step 8: It would ask to choose the media to save to, select USB device. The program can also save to DVD(that's not our intention in this case).

Step 9: Now insert the USB into any of the ports of your system, select the device and click 'Begin copying' to begin with the process.

Step 10: The system will continue with creating  bootable USB also copying of files to it.

Step 11: Allow the program to finish and use the bootable USB key to do the Windows installation of your system.

2.  WINTOFLASH BETA.

The capacity to make all Windows versions is what makes WinToFlash more unique in this regard. Official link to download XP and Vista  ISO image file.

Step1:  Download WinToFlash from the official websites. It can be downloaded from this link.

Step2:  Run the setup  and follow onscreen instruction to finish the installation

Step 3: Click on WinTo Flash launch icon to run the program.

Step 4: Select the source of the file. It could be from DVD/CD or from the one saved on the system, but  make sure you have the right path to the source file.

Step 5: Select the USB path to be installed to. That would be the USB key port.

Step 6:  Select the acceptance of  agreement button and click 'Accept' to continue.

Step 7:  The program will erase the files save in the USB. So be careful to save important files in the USB memory stick to the computer.

Step 8:  Wait for the package to finish with the making of the bootable USB and load the Windows installation files.

Step 9: Set the system to boot from a USB at the BIOS or use recommended key for boot options of the system make to select USB boot and do the Windows installation with it from there onward.
